This does not bode well.
For we all know that tomorrow brings the promise of freezing temperatures and the likelihood of snow. Nice weather infuses my soul with reluctance to run in unnice weather.
I wouldn't mind running again tonight. However, I got a hot date. Will I make it out tomorrow after the rain has turned to snow and the sidewalks have turned to ice?
I got a better idea: There's a mostly full bottle of Tullamore Dew in the cupboard, and we have yet to make mulled cider. I bet there's a better chance of cozying on the couch with a mug full of yum than there is of a treacherous run in the witch-tit cold.
And then there's the matter of learning a new tune on my banjo before the next Shindig. I'm very close to having "Breaking Up Christmas" down.
[Drunkard's note: Can you name the running blogger in this video?]

That would be Barefoot Josh. Too bad he was drowned out by the fiddle. Nice tune though. Keep them coming!
I couldn't get the volume to work so I can't enjoy the pleasure of your banjo! But at least we can finally see what you look like.
And it is warm here, you're right! I threw in a pair of shorts at the last second and I am so glad. Wore them today on my run and could have gone with short sleeves too. Tomorrow, though, a different story, you're right. Time for me to go back to Md!
Whatever you do, don't slip and fall on your face. Watch out for icy sidewalks!
dang! That's an awesome video.
Ahhh Ohio weather.....I heard about the snow in our forecast for tomorrow. I'm ready for sledding but not for cold cold snowy running.
You look for any chance to use 'witch-tit' in a post, don't you?
Ah....
Yankees playing bluegrass. It appears that we can all just get along. Way to kick off the season.
Johnny O: Ha - you're more right than you know...
It was for the best, really. I don't think I want any(more) permanent documentation of my poor musicianship.
The guy playing the guitar is a fast runner.
That was cool!!
F*@k Yeah! That was awesome.
