A Good Run

It seems that the good run might be over. The Cleveland Cavaliers have fallen three games to none in a so far dismal series against the San Antonio Spurs. No team in NBA history has come back to win any series in the playoffs when down by such a margin. All the Cavs have been so far in the finals is a reason to drink yourself into a stupor in the hopes of forgetting everything you saw for the past 48 minutes of basketball. That is, if you're a Cavs fan.

The Other Good Run
Martini and the viper ran six miles yesterday after work. Martini kept the pace up despite wanting to take it slow. Training for Akron for all of one day has gone well. The Cleveland half marathon put a good stock of miles in the tank to build from. The next 16 weeks look favorable.

Mileage: 6 (9:19 pace)
Tab: 3 Harp (12 oz. bottles), 2 Labatt Blue (8 oz. cans)
