I ran 400s last night in 90 degrees, high humidity, and full on Sun and I think you have been doing this a lot longer than me. I guess what I'm saying is if this rookie can do it, so can you! Rock on.

I feel you. It rained last night and cooled things down. The high is only 98 today. It's actually illegal for the light company to shut off anyone's power. Good luck out there and hydrate.

Your probability of FAIL is pi? Well, if you take that at face value, a 3.1415% probability of failure is quite low, actually. So I expect you to have a stellar workout.

I have to run hill repeats at 6:30 pm tonight. Should be just a bucket o' fun, right?

Stay cool.

But, you got Shaq right? Dreams of future NBA championships can fill your head.

Cleveland: The City of Champions.

Anything's possible.

Pi...that says it all. Good luck.

Nitmos is right though, Shaq offers hope. Maybe next year...and at least the Cavs can say "hey...at least we're not the Cubs..."

Eliminate thoughts of Shaq from your mind. Any mental images of old, out of shape, FAT, and injury-prone athletes is gonna hurt the effort.
